Since we're admitting to vices

I've been inspired by a recent post by Kathleen over at Rhodian Attic to post photos of my own little vice/collection. I too collect books, not as many as she and I collect comic books and until recently DVDs got the better of my wallet. Then, for some odd reason, I went apeshit for, well, you can see for yourselves I suppose....

Not sure if and how it can end as there are many "new releases" coming out in the next year!

No name calling or finger pointing please. Only civil inquiries seeking facts will be responded to.

Oh yeah, and these are older photos, the collection is about a third bigger now! If I hadn't spent all my money on these and had bought myself a digital camera instead, well, I suppose I could be taking pictures of empty shelves, but what's the fun in that? (And how d'ya like that twisted, self-serving logic?)

(Help!)

Hm, can't decide if that's name calling, finger pointing or a fact based line of inquiry. Well, sticks and stones I suppose....

Hey, but at least, until now that I've outted myself, I've kept them in the closet. Well, actually a large-ish storage locker that I've converted into a bit of "me space"/office space since having my daugther, who though small as far as human beings go, required that I give up the office (now her bedroom) and put all my stuff and computer into the aforementioned tight squeeze.

No matter what you say, I like 'em!

If you lived closer my husband would be begging to come over and play.

Love the collection. Star Wars is so not nerdy, unless nerdy is another word for cool.

Denmark puppets? Sounds like a new wave band from the '80s (hehe). What exactly are you referring to? Are you also a collector? Do you have some rareties you'd like to inform me about or are you just teasing? I'm heading over to ebay to type in "denmark puppets star wars" and see what comes up! Thanks for the potential tip!

Hey Kathleen, if you guys have a web cam maybe your husband and I can play Star Wars over the net! Beetooo Beetooo! Zzzzwaaaah wahhhh! (those are laser and lightsabre sounds respectively). It'd be like nostalgia with a www.com twist! (okay, now you all can officially call me a nerd, I've earned it with this suggestion).

We don't have one, but I'll tell Chris. Part of me fell for him when I found out that when he was in high school he and his friends would get in costumes, grab their homeade shields, and chase each other around the back yard with bows and arrows and swords after a great game of D&D.

As I said in my comment to your post BlogApe, you're not a nerd, you're a stalker! There's a slight scary difference.

PS - give me those patches! (even though I think Ep 1 is about the worse piece of star wars shit this side of the infamous "holiday special"!)
